Terms & Conditions — miau4d

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1  These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and miau4d governing your use of the Platform. By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the Platform after any posted update to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of all provisions herein.

2.2  miau4d reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect upon posting to this page. Where a material change is made, miau4d will notify registered users via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3  These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

3.1  To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf — corporate entities and third-party agents may not register;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by miau4d or any recognised problem-gambling body;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of miau4d or any of its affiliated game providers, without prior written consent from miau4d's compliance team.

3.2  miau4d operates primarily for players based in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform is lawful under all laws and regulations applicable to you personally. miau4d makes no representation that the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction and accepts no liability for use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such use is restricted or prohibited.

3.3  miau4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending review.

4.1  One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether opened using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2  Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. miau4d will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

4.3  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. miau4d recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you.

4.4  Account Verification (KYC). miau4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, and in particular before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawals will be held pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.5  Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. miau4d reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where fraudulent or collusive activity is detected, or where a regulatory obligation requires it. In the event of closure due to a breach by you, any balance may be forfeited.

5.1  Accepted Payment Methods

miau4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2  Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (subject to method-specific minimums).
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, typically within seconds for e-wallet and instant-transfer methods.
• miau4d does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which miau4d accepts no liability.
• Deposits made via third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your own name) will be refused and returned where possible. Any associated processing delay is not the responsibility of miau4d.

5.3  Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–45 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, bank maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
• miau4d reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending verification, fraud checks, or compliance review. You will be notified where a delay exceeds 24 hours.
• Bonus Funds are not eligible for direct withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements (see Section 6) have been fully satisfied.

5.4  Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in IDR. miau4d does not accept foreign currency deposits and will not process withdrawals in any currency other than Indonesian Rupiah.

6.1  miau4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet allocations, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting occasions such as the BRI Liga 1 season and the FIFA World Cup.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiple applicable to any promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms, accessible at the time the bonus is claimed. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies.

6.3  Eligible Games. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, wagers placed on live sports markets and BRI Liga 1 matches contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Slot game wagers contribute 100%. Live casino table game wagers (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%. Togel draws contribute 50%.

6.4  Bonus Restrictions. Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, and may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated. miau4d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

6.5  Abuse and Fraud. miau4d monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using multiple accounts, pattern betting designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine play intent, and coordinated wagering across related accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, miau4d reserves the right to void all related bonuses, withhold derived winnings, and close the account(s) in question.

7.1  All bets placed on the miau4d Sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Sportsbook page. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, miau4d's ruling shall be final and binding.

7.2  Obvious Errors. miau4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error — including manifest pricing errors, data-feed errors, or technical faults resulting in clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Balance without deduction.

7.3  Match Irregularities. Bets placed on events subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or other irregularities that materially affected the outcome may be voided at miau4d's discretion, subject to review by miau4d's integrity team.

7.4  Casino and Slot Games. All games in the miau4d Casino and Slots lobby use independently audited random number generators. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is accessible within the game's information panel. miau4d does not manipulate game outcomes and takes no responsibility for the internal algorithms of games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe.

7.5  Togel Draws. Togel draw results are determined by official reference sources and are published on the Platform immediately following each draw. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted to support within 24 hours of result publication.

8.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the miau4d Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of Balance:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or platform errors for financial gain;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Engaging in money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine wagering activity;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider wagering, or corruption of sporting events;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Charging back or reversing a payment made to your Account after using the associated funds for wagering.

8.2  miau4d cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies. Where criminal conduct is suspected, miau4d will report the matter to the appropriate Indonesian authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9.1  All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the miau4d name, logo, brand identity, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of miau4d or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed without miau4d's prior written consent.

9.2  Game content including slot titles, live dealer table interfaces, and associated audio-visual materials are the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and are licensed to miau4d for display on the Platform only. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights.

10.1  miau4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10.2  miau4d implements industry-standard TLS encryption on all connections to the Platform. Personal data, including financial information, is stored on secured servers and is never sold to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and law enforcement bodies where legally required.

10.3  You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by miau4d. Such requests should be directed to [email protected]. miau4d will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable data protection obligations.

11.1  miau4d provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools free of charge to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum IDR deposit cap from your account settings. Changes to increase an existing limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders — configure alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period — suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets;
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. To request self-exclusion, contact [email protected].

11.2  miau4d will not market to or contact any user who has activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. All promotional communications are suppressed immediately upon activation of any Responsible Gaming Tool.

12.1  The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. miau4d makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, miau4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

12.3  miau4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude miau4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by miau4d's own negligence, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

13.1  miau4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform features, or business practice.

13.2  Where a material amendment is proposed, miau4d will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon posting.

13.3  The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date and last-updated date displayed at the top of this page, shall at all times constitute the binding version applicable to your use of the Platform.

14.1  These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which miau4d is incorporated and licensed to operate.

14.2  In the event of a dispute between you and miau4d that cannot be resolved through miau4d's standard customer support process, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, conducted in English.

14.3  Nothing in this clause shall prevent miau4d from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
